About associating with

Acharya Pratishtha ji said, “I am elated and look forward to bringing completely unique experience for Yoga with imd1. For years, I have been spreading Yoga and its right knowledge in India and globally. Having started learning Yoga at the tender age of 3 myself, I loved the way imd1 plans introducing Yoga to kids from early age. I strongly believe that knowledge of yoga cannot be gained only through books, you need a practical training under the expert guidance of a guru. Mirroring this ideology, all imd1 courses are offered by Gurus to different age groups and specific programs addressing its need across India.”
