Mumbai, 30th April 2019:Aidia Technovations co-curricular market place for Music, Art, Dance and Sports (MADS), imd1 (I Am The 1) has signed Memorandum of Understanding with HR Infotech Association (HRIA) for promoting MADS among the employees of its associate member companies.
HRIA is an association of HR professionals in Information Technology / IT Enabled Services. Founded in 1995 and formally established as an association in the year 2002-03, HRIA has been consistently promoting the knowledge and learning among HR professionals in the IT industry. It has been credited of uniting over 75,000+ HR professionals on a single platform to share and learn the practical approach of various critical and relevant HR issues of IT industry. HRIA is a not-for-profit organization supported by various categories of members and sponsors. It has India's prominent IT industry companies like TCS, Capgemini, Datamatics, L&T Infotech, iGate, Oracle Financial Services, Netmagic, Syntel, 63 moons, Atos, Rolta, Dimension Data and others as member with total employees and associates of about half a million.
HRIA and imd1 shall, through their various initiatives like VIBE (Vibrant Institutions for Beyond Employment), MADS sessions, participation in MADS competitions, conferences, knowledge dissemination etc., jointly promote the adoption of MADS by HRIA members for the benefits of employees and their families. As part of first initiative post collaboration, HRIA and imd1 shall be hosting need of the hr DIGITAL DETOXIFICATION, an interactive session of senior HR professionals of IT industry on 24th May, 2019 at Mumbai.
Talking about this association with imd1, Reenaa S, president of HRIA said, HRIA a truly dedicated organisation for HR professional has Always been striving to demonstrate the bonds between employees and their employers. In its foray, HRIA undertakes various initiatives to improve employee engagement and aims to encourage them to take up some hobby.
